Answer: All our store products are priced in USD. Your credit card will be debited the equivalent of your own local currency at the current exchange rate. Your invoice which will arrive with your goods will be in USD.

If you receive and incorrect product as opposed to what was ordered, Mega Pet Supplies will cover the costs associated with the product return and correct product re delivery.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We must be notified within 14 days of your order being received. Again, If an incorrect order is received due to our error, a full refund including shipping will be received.
YES – If you decide to cancel the order before dispatch you will receive a full refund less a 2.5% transaction fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch and the general return policy will apply should you desire to return a product once received.
